    Transforming Inner Strength – Breaking Through Communication Barriers: LHU Marketing Students Master Connections in the Digital Era

    In today’s labor market, where communication and relationship-building skills are increasingly valued, equipping students with soft skills is no longer optional but an essential requirement. With the goal of supporting Marketing students in their journey toward comprehensive development, the Faculty of Administration - International Economics at Lac Hong University successfully organized the talkshow titled “Transforming Inner Strength – Breaking Through Communication Barriers: Mastering Connections in Marketing.”

    The program took place on the afternoon of April 22, 2026, in Room E501, Campus 3, attracting a large number of lecturers and students from different Marketing cohorts. The event created a dynamic academic atmosphere closely connected to practical experiences and career orientation.

    A DYNAMIC ACADEMIC ENVIRONMENT CONNECTING KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICE

    The program was honored to welcome:

    • PhD Student in Economics Ta Thi Thanh Huong – Dean of the Faculty of Administration - International Economics
    • MBA. Vu Thi Thanh Huyen – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Administration - International Economics
    • PhD Student in Economics Hoang Thi Thanh Chung – Representative of the Marketing Program

    The talkshow was systematically designed around three main themes:

    • Discovering personal strengths and identifying self-value
    • Improving communication and presentation skills
    • Developing networking abilities and personal branding in Marketing

    Through a practical and interactive approach, students not only acquired knowledge but also gradually developed a growth mindset aligned with labor market expectations.

    One of the highlights of the program came from the practical sharing sessions by business representatives. With extensive real-world experience, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem provided valuable insights into the role of communication in sales and personal capability development.

    Meanwhile, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Ngoc helped students better understand networking skills, relationship-building strategies, and personal branding development within modern corporate environments.
